Keep Fit

As of September 2018 we regret to announce that this group is currently not running but we hope it will resume in due course. Please keep checking here for updates.

Our keep fit session is a gentle exercise programme of about an hour to get you moving, stretching and generally helping to maintain your fitness and mobility. We are a friendly group so there's nothing to lose by coming along and giving it a go.

We meet every Monday afternoon from 2pm to 3pm at Maybole Town Hall.
