Wellbeing

Sessions are every Friday at 10.30am for an hour.

This is a group being run for us by Lynette McGinn, a highy experienced therapist and yoga teacher. The activity group will feature a range of therapies for fitness and wellbeing, and will include Hatha Yoga, relaxation and breathing techniques, reflexology, massage and other complementary therapies. 

Lynette will tailor the weekly activity to the specific needs of the members and prior to you joining the group will assess your own particular needs and requirements.

There is a small fee of £3 per session for MOF's members.
