Hello again everyone,

2] Co-op Local Community Fund – we are delighted that Maybole Over 50’s has been chosen to be one of this year’s beneficiaries of the Co-op Local Community Fund.

To help us raise vital funds, we will be relying on Co-op Members. When a member buys selected branded products and services, the Co-op will give a helping hand to local causes like ours.  Co-op members can select us as their local cause by visiting the       co-op members’ pageIf you need help with this, please let us know.

We really hope that people will visit the website and select us as their local cause.

3] Remembrance Sunday – we have always taken part in the parade and laid a poppy wreath on behave of the MOF’s members. This year we are not able to do this so the committee has agreed that we will still donate to the Scottish poppy appeal on behave of our membership.

4] Charity donations  it has been suggested that we might like to consider other good causes for us to donate towe will add this matter to the addenda for the next AGM

5] MOF’s recipe book – As requested we have started to collect recipes,

but I am sorry to say it has been terribly slow, thanks to the 4 or 5  members who have replied, but we need many more if we are going to produce anything like a booklet.

If you have any questions or quires please do but hesitate to contact us, we hope to hear from you all soon

Regards
