We have very little time to plan this trip so need an option chosen

and names and payments taken ASAP.

Final date to pick an option will be the General Meeting on 01 August 2019 at the Speakers.  Price Members: £20.00  Non Members: £25.00

Option  1 THE DEVIL’S PORRIDGE MUSEUM An award winning, 5star Museum with state of the art facilities. The Museum explores the fascinating history of  World War One, WorldWar Two and the Cold War. Then on to  Wanlockhead village, Lochnell Mine and the stories of the people who lived and worked here by visiting some of the other sites around The Museum. Stopping at new Cumnock for tea.

Option  2 CASTLE DOUGLAS. Threave Gardens are Just ½ mile west of Castle Douglas. Beautiful, well tended gardens of the National Trust's centre for training its gardeners. A great variety of plants. Well worth visiting. Shopping - a number of amazing independent shops. Don’t leave without calling in at The Toffee shop or Jenny Wren Toys. The Sulwath Brewers Tap room is worth a visit “maybe take the brewery tour”. Stopping for tea before heading home
